¼¼Scoateţi cablul de alimentare şi reconectaţi-l.

Nu este emis sunet.

•Funcţia Mute este activată?

•Volumul este dat la minim?

¼¼Apăsaţi butonul Mute pentru a anula funcţia. ¼¼Reglaţi Volumul.

Telecomanda nu funcţionează.

•S-au consumat bateriile?

•Aţi conectat corespunzător televizorul?

¼¼Înlocuiţi bateriile cu unele noi. ¼¼Mutaţi mai aproape de unitate.

Conectarea TV SoundConnect (împerecherea cu televizorul) a eşuat.

•Televizorul acceptă funcţia TV SoundConnect?

•Versiunea firmware a televizorului este cea mai recentă?

•A survenit o eroare la conectare?

•Resetaţi TV MODE şi realizaţi din nou conexiunea.

¼¼Funcţia TV SoundConnect este acceptată de unele televizoare Samsung lansate după 2012. Verificaţi dacă televizorul dvs. acceptă funcţia TV SoundConnect.

¼¼Actualizaţi firmware-ul televizorului la ultima versiune.

¼¼Apelaţi centrul de service Samsung.

¼¼Menţineţi apăsat timp de 5 secunde butonul +# pentru a reseta conexiunea TV SoundConnect.

LED-ul roşu de pe subwoofer clipeşte şi subwooferul nu emite sunet.

•Este posibil ca subwooferul să nu fie conectat la unitatea principală a sistemului.
