Dříve, než se obrátíte na servis, zkontrolujte níže uvedené.

Přístroj se nezapne.

•Je napájecí kabel zapojen do zásuvky?

¼¼Zapojte zástrčku napájecího kabelu do zásuvky.

Přístroj nereaguje na stisknutí tlačítka.

•Je ve vzduchu statická elektřina?

¼¼Odpojte napájecí kabel a opět jej zapojte.

Není slyšet zvuk.

•Je funkce ztlumení zvuku zapnutá?

•Je hlasitost nastavena na minimum?

¼¼Stiskem tlačítka ZTLUMENÍ vypněte tuto funkci. ¼¼Zvyšte hlasitost.

Dálkové ovládání nefunguje.

•Jsou baterie vybité?

•Je vzdálenost mezi dálkovým ovládáním a hlavní jednotkou příliš velká?

¼¼Vyměňte baterie za nové.

¼¼Přesuňte se do menší vzdálenosti od přístroje.

Funkce TV SoundConnect (spárování televizoru) selhala.

•Podporuje váš televizor funkci TV SoundConnect?

•Je firmware televizoru aktualizován na nejnovější verzi?

•Došlo při připojování k chybám?

•Resetujte REŽIM TV a proveďte připojení znovu.

¼¼Funkci TV SoundConnect podporují některé televizory Samsung uvedené na trh po roce 2012. Zkontrolujte, zda váš televizor podporuje funkci TV SoundConnect.

¼¼Aktualizujte firmware televizoru na nejnovější verzi.

¼¼Obraťte se na středisko podpory Samsung.

¼¼Stiskem a přidržením tlačítka +# na 5 sekund resetujete spojení TV SoundConnect.

Červená kontrolka na subwooferu bliká a subwoofer nereprodukuje zvuk.

• Subwoofer možná není připojen ke hlavnímu přístroji. ¼¼Pokuste se připojit subwoofer znovu. (Viz strana 13)

Subwoofer vydává slyšitelné bzučení a vibruje.

 

• Pokuste se upravit vibrace subwooferu.

¼¼Stiskem tlačítka WOOFER na dálkovém ovládání

 

nastavte hodnotu v rozmezí SW-12 až SW+6.
