Avant de contacter l'assistance, veuillez lire ce qui suit.

L'ensemble ne s'allume pas.

•Le cordon d'alimentation est-il branché dans la prise?

¼¼Branchez la fiche d'alimentation électrique dans la prise murale.

La fonction ne s'active pas lorsque vous appuyez sur le bouton correspondant.

•L'air est-il chargé en électricité statique?

¼¼Débranchez la fiche d'alimentation électrique et rebranchez-la.

Aucun son n'est émis.

•La fonction Silencieux est-elle activée?

•Le volume est-il réglé au minimum?

¼¼Appuyez sur le bouton (Silencieux) pour annuler la fonction.

¼¼Permet de régler le Volume.

La télécommande ne fonctionne pas.

•Les piles sont-elles usées?

•La distance entre la télécommande et l'unité principale est-elle trop importante ?

¼¼Remplacez-les.

¼¼Rapprochez-vous de l’appareil.

La fonction TV SoundConnect (appariement du téléviseur) a échoué.

•Votre téléviseur prend-il en charge TV SoundConnect?

•La version du micrologiciel du téléviseur est-elle la plus récente?

•Une erreur s’est-elle produite lors de la connexion?

•Réinitialisez le mode TV et connectez à nouveau.

¼¼TV SoundConnect est pris en charge par certains téléviseurs Samsung commercialisés après 2012. Vérifiez si votre téléviseur prend en charge TV SoundConnect.

¼¼Mettez votre téléviseur à jour avec la version du micrologiciel la plus récente.

¼¼Contactez le centre d'appels Samsung.

¼¼Appuyez et maintenez le bouton ppendant 5 secondes pour réinitialiser la connexion TV SoundConnect.

La LED rouge sur le caisson de graves clignote et le caisson de graves ne produit aucun son.

•Votre caisson de graves peut ne pas être connecté au corps principal de l'appareil.

¼¼Essayez de reconnecter votre caisson de graves. (Reportez-vous en page 15)

Le caisson de graves bourdonne et vibre sensiblement.

•Essayez d'ajuster les vibrations de votre caisson de graves.

¼¼Appuyez sur le bouton WOOFER de votre télécommande pour ajuster sa valeur (entre -12, -6 à +6).
