Naudojant itin kietus arba storus kabelius galima sugadinti vaizdo ir garso failus.

Įsitikinkite, kad kabeliai lankstūs ir gali būti naudojami ilgai. Jei montuojate televizorių prie sienos, rekomenduojame naudoti kabelius stačiu kampu.

Gaminio kraštuose yra mažų dalių.

Šios dalys priklauso gaminio dizainui. Tai nėra gaminio defektas.

Bandant pakeisti kompiuterio skiriamąją gebą pasirodo pranešimas„The defined resolution is not supported.“.

Pranešimas „The defined resolution is not supported.“ rodomas, jei įvesties šaltinio skiriamoji geba viršija didžiausią leistiną ekrano skiriamąją gebą.

Kad išspręstumėte problemą, pakeiskite kompiuterio skiriamąją gebą į tokią, kurią palaiko ekranas.

Kai prijungtas DVI-HDMI kabelis, HDMI režimu iš garsiakalbių nesklinda garsas.

DVI kabeliai garso duomenų neperduoda.

Norėdami girdėti garsą pasirūpinkite, kad garso kabelis būtų prijungtas prie tinkamo įvesties lizdo.

HDMI Black Level neveikia tinkamai HDMI įrenginyje su YCbCr išvestimi.

Šia funkcija galima naudotis tik tada, kai šaltinio įrenginys, pvz., DVD leistuvas ir STB, yra prijungtas prie gaminio HDMI (RGB signalo) kabeliu.
