11.1Reikalavimai, kurių būtina laikytis prieš kreipiantis į „Samsung“ klientų aptarnavimo centrą.

11.1.1 Gaminio tikrinimas

Prieš skambindami į „Samsung“ klientų aptarnavimo centrą, patikrinkite gaminį, kaip aprašyta toliau.

Jeigu nepavyksta pašalinti gedimo, kreipkitės į „Samsung“ klientų aptarnavimo centrą.

Naudodami gaminio tikrinimo funkciją patikrinkite, ar gaminys veikia sklandžiai.

Jeigu net ir po to, kai gaminys buvo tinkamai prijungtas prie kompiuterio, rodomas tuščias ekranas ir mirksi LED lemputė, atlikite gaminio patikrinimą.

Išjunkite ir kompiuterio, ir gaminio maitinimą.

Atjunkite nuo gaminio visus laidus.

Įjunkite gaminio maitinimą.

Jeigu rodomas pranešimas „No Signal“, vadinasi, gaminys veikia sklandžiai.

Jeigu vis vien rodomas tuščias ekranas, patikrinkite kompiuterio sistemą, vaizdo valdiklį ir laidą.

11.1.2 Skyros ir dažnio tikrinimas
