Før du tilkaller teknisk support

zMagicRotation-programvare arbeider med den installerte "Displaydriveren" som er levert av din grafikkortleverandør for å få fram rotasjonsegenskaper. Hvis den installerte "Displaydriveren" ikke virker riktig eller har feil i seg, så vil disse feilene også finnes etter at MagicRotation-programvaren er installert.

De problemer/tilfeldig oppførsel som kommer på grunn av den installerte "Displaydriveren", skyldes ikke MagicRotation-programvaren.

For å kontrollere om et problem finnes i den installerte "Displaydriveren", kan du utføre følgende diagnostiske trinn:

1.Kontroller om problemet forekommer både i 0-dreining (landskapsmodus) og 90-dreining (portrettmodus).

2.Kontroller om problemet forekommer med forskjellige fargedybder (8/16/32 bits pr. pixel) og forskjellige oppløsningsinnstillinger (800 x 600, 1024 x 768).

3.Kontroller om problemet forekommer uten at du installerer MagicRotation-programvaren.

Hvis problemet gjentas i noen/alle de følgende scenarioer, kan det være problemer med din installerte "Displaydriver" :

Du må utføre følgende trinn for å rette opp problemet :

1.Avinstaller MagicRotation-programvaren.

2.Få tak i den siste "Displaydriveren" fra leverandøren av grafikkortet ditt.

Den siste "Displaydriveren" fra (ATI, NVIDIA, MATROX, INTEL, osv.) er lett tilgjengelig for nedlasting fra deres respektive nettsider.

3.Installer den siste "Displaydriveren".

4.Installer MagicRotation-programvaren. I de fleste tilfeller vi dette ordne problemet.

zMagicRotation vil kanskje ikke virke hvis skjermen er byttet eller driveren for grafikkortet er oppdatert mens MagicRotation kjører.

I så fall må du starte systemet om igjen.
