Richtige Haltung bei Verwendung des Geräts Treiberinstallation

•• Stellen Sie die Höhe des Gerät so ein, dass Sie Ihre Knie mindestens 90° beugen können, die Fersen auf dem Boden aufliegen und Ihre Arme niedriger als Ihr Herz positioniert sind.
