Controllare la versione del monitor. Se è l'ultima versione l'aggiornamento non viene eseguito.

Quando un file video non viene registrato nella libreria

Controllare se sul PC è installato il codec adatto al file video che il server tenta di registrare sul monitor. Se sul PC sono installati più codec dello stesso tipo oppure un codec incompleto, il file video potrebbe non funzionare correttamente.

Quando un'area modificata su uno schermo non può essere visualizzata in anteprima oppure la visualizzazione in anteprima non funziona

zVerificare che il file da visualizzare in anteprima esista e non sia danneggiato.

zNon è possibile visualizzare in anteprima un file di Office o una sorgente.

Disinstallazione del programma

Per rimuovere MagicNet Pro utilizzare la funzione Cambia/Rimuovi programmi di Windows oppure il menu apposito creato durante l'installazione del programma.

Per disinstallare MagicNet Pro seguire questa procedura.

1.Fare clic su [Start], quindi spostare il cursore su [Impostazioni] e fare clic su [Pannello di controllo].

2.Con Windows XP, fare clic su [Start] e [Pannello di controllo].

3.Fare doppio clic sull'icona [Installazione applicazioni] del Pannello di controllo.

4.Fare clic su MagicNet Pro. Scorrere la finestra [Installazione applicazioni] fino a quando appare il programma, se necessario.

5.Fare clic su [Cambia/Rimuovi programmi].

6.Fare clic su "Sì" per disinstallare MagicNet Pro.

7.Attendere fino a quando appare il messaggio che comunica che il programma è stato disinstallato correttamente.
