4.Se sia il server sia il monitor sono sulla stessa rete, assicurarsi di selezionare ¡®Connessione auto con il nome del server¡¯ nel campo Valore dell'opzione Connessione di rete come metodo di connessione. Durante la configurazione, accertarsi di utilizzare le stesse impostazioni.

5.Se il server e il monitor sono su reti diverse, assicurarsi di selezionare ¡®Connessione diretta con indirizzo IP¡¯ nel campo Valore dell'opzione Connessione di rete come metodo di connessione. Durante la configurazione, accertarsi di utilizzare le stesse impostazioni.

L'indirizzo IP del server al quale deve connettersi il monitor deve essere un indirizzo IP pubblico. Durante la configurazione del monitor, assicurarsi di immettere questo indirizzo IP nella casella dell'indirizzo IP del server.

Se il server utilizza un firewall, ricordarsi di includere l'indirizzo IP del monitor nell'elenco delle eccezioni del firewall.
