Lorsque la fonction de mise à jour du moniteur ne fonctionne pas

Vérifiez la version du moniteur. Si c'est la version la plus récente, aucune mise à jour ne s'effectue.

Lorsqu'un fichier film n'est pas enregistré dans la bibliothèque

Vérifiez si le codec approprié est installé pour le fichier film que le serveur doit enregistrer sur le moniteur. Si plus d'un codec du même type est installé ou si un codec incomplet est installé sur le PC, cela peut provoquer des problèmes.

Lorsqu'une zone modifiée sur un écran ne peut pas être affichée dans l'aperçu ou que la fonction d'aperçu ne marche pas

zVérifiez si le fichier à prévisualiser n'est pas endommagé et s'il existe bien.

zVous ne pouvez pas prévisualiser un fichier Office ou une source.

Désinstallation du programme

Vous pouvez supprimer MagicNet Pro à l'aide des options Ajout/Suppression de programmes de Windows ou en utilisant le menu créé lors de l'installation du programme.

Procédez comme suit pour supprimer MagicNet Pro.

1.Cliquez sur [Démarrer], puis pointez sur [Paramètres] et cliquez sur [Panneau de configuration].

2.Sous Windows XP, cliquez sur [Démarrer], puis sur [Panneau de configuration].

3.Double-cliquez sur l'icône [Ajout/Suppression de programmes] dans le Panneau de configuration .

4.Cliquez sur MagicNet Pro. Au besoin, faites défiler la liste [Ajout/Suppression de programmes] jusqu'à localiser MagicNet Pro.

5.Cliquez sur [Modifier/Supprimer].

6.Cliquez sur Oui pour supprimer MagicNet Pro.

7.Attendez que le message signalant la fin de la désinstallation s'affiche.
