If the server and monitor are on a different private network, they cannot connect to each other. However, if the server has a public IP address, a monitor with a private IP address can be connected to it using the direct connection method.

Server Name: Changes the server name.

The server and monitor can connect to each other only if their server names are the same.

Network Device: Selects the LAN card used in the server.

If there are more than one available LAN cards on the PC, a window that allows you to select a LAN card to use when the server starts for the first time.

Maximum number of undos: Selects the maximum number of previous operations you can cancel.

Refresh Time: Sets the frequency of the server receiving monitor data for updating in Remote Management. When set to 0, the server does not update the monitor data automatically and you have to click Refresh in the tool bar or from the menu to update the monitor data.

Maximum number of local monitors: Sets the maximum number of virtual local monitors that can be created for publishing the schedule locally.

Maximum number of Alarm Infos: Specify the number of warning messages that can be stored which notify the user of client errors. If more than the specifed number of errors occurs, older messages are deleted.

Content Synchronization Period: Sets the time interval for synchronization of the content server.

Content Synchronization Time: Sets a time to synchronize the content server. However, synchronization is performed at the time set on the client.

Content Synchronization Sequence: Sets the order in which the content is synchronized.

Schedule

Folder of local schedule: Sets the directory in which local schedules are created using a virtual local monitor. The default value is the folder where the server is installed.

Set the manageable period of past schedules: Sets the period for schedules for which you can register, save and import screens. When set to 0, you cannot register, save or import the screens before the present time.

Set the default period of the publishing schedule: Sets the default publishing period for a schedule.

Maximum publishing size: Sets the option regarding the free space on the monitor for publishing a schedule.

zUse the available disk space of each monitor: Sets the size to the maximum free disk space of the monitor.
