Ris: Brug en stor glaspyrexskål med låg - ris fordobler sit omfang under tilberedning. Tilbered med låg på.

Efter tilberedningen, skal der omrøres før hensætningen og tilsættes salt eller krydderier og smør.

Bemærk: Risene har muligvis ikke absorberet al vandet efter tilberedningen.

Brug en egnet glaspyrexskål med låg. Tilsæt 30-45 ml koldt vand (2-3 spsk.) for hver 250 g, medmindre en anden mængde vand anbefales – se tabel. Tilbered tildækket i mindst mulig tid – se tabel. Fortsæt tilberedning for at få det ønskede resultat. Rør rundt en gang under og en gang efter tilberedning. Tilsæt salt, krydderier eller smør efter tilberedningen.

Tildækkes under hensætningstiden på 3 minutter.

Tip: Skær friske grøntsager ud i lige store stykker. Jo mindre stykker de skæres i, desto hurtigere koges de.
