B. Garantibegränsningar Garantin upphör att gälla om (i) Produkten inte har använts enligt medföljande anvisningar, (ii) Produkten inte har använts för avsett ändamål (till exempel att SSD 830 Series har använts i företagsserversystem, arbetsstationer och lagringssystem eller dator-cacheminnen), (iii) ett fel eller en defekt har uppstått till följd av att en produkt, programvara eller komponent från en annan tillverkare har använts, med eller utan tillstånd, (iv) ett fel eller en defekt har uppstått till följd av felaktig installation, missbruk, obehörig reparation, modifiering eller olyckshändelse och (v) det föreligger andra omständigheter som SAMSUNG bedömer utgöra bevis för att Du brutit mot Avtalet.

Du samtycker till att Produkten inte ska användas i livsuppehållande system eller i andra tillämpningar där fel kan leda till personskador eller dödsfall. SAMSUNG frånsäger sig all ansvarsskyldighet i samband med, som uppstår på grund av eller som är relaterat till sådan användning av Produkten.

SAMSUNGs garanti omfattar inte heller Produkter som, exempelvis, har mottagits utan korrekt paketering eller utsatts för utbyte av delar eller fysisk skada. Produkten granskas vid mottagande. En icke uttömmande lista med exempel på garantibegränsningar finns nedan.
