Prieš skambindami techninơs paramos tarnybai, patys patikrinkite toliau išvardytus dalykus. Kreipkitơs Ƴ techninio aptarnavimo centrą, jei iškilo problemǐ, kuriǐ negalite išsprĊsti patys.

1. Funkcijǐ pasitikrinimas

Jnjsǐ monitoriuje yra savĊs patikrinimo funkcija, kuria galite patikrinti, ar jnjsǐ monitorius tinkamai veikia.

1.Išjunkite kompiuterƳ ir monitoriǐ.

2.Atjunkite vaizdo signalo laiką nuo kompiuterio jungties galinơje sienelơje.

3.Ʋjunkite monitoriǐ.

Toliau pavaizduotas paveikslơlis („Check Signal Cable ) rodomas juodame fone, kai monitorius veikia normaliai, taþiau neaptinka jokio vaizdo signalo: Pasitikrinimo režime maitinimo indikatorius išlieka žalias, o paveikslơlis slenka ekrane.

4. Išjunkite monitoriǐ ir vơl prijunkite vaizdo signalo laidą; tuomet Ƴjunkite kompiuterƳ ir monitoriǐ.

Jei monitoriaus ekranas išlieka tamsus sơkmingai atlikus anksþiau nurodytą procednjrą, patikrinkite vaizdo kontrolerƳ ir kompiuterio sistemą; jnjsǐ monitorius veikia tinkamai.

2.Neoptimalus režimas

1.Kai vertikalios skleistinơs dažnis yra 76 – 85hz arba skiriamoji geba yra UXGA(1600x1200), parodomas toks pranešimas, informuojantis, kad vaizdą ekrane galơsite matyti vieną minutĊ. Po to vaizdo ekrane nebematysite, todơl jnjsǐ prašoma persijungti Ƴ optimalǐ režimą.

2.Kai vertikalios skleistinơs dažnis yra didesnis nei 86hz, ekrane nerodoma nieko daugiau, išskyrus šƳ pranešimą. Tokiu atveju perkraukite sistemą saugiu režimu ir pakeiskite rodymo nustatymus.
