F Headset wird nicht gefunden oder kann nicht angeschlossen werden

A1 Wenn das Headset bereits an ein anderes Gerät angeschlossen ist, können Sie es nicht lokalisieren und keine Verbindung herstellen, auch wenn

es lokalisiert werden konnte. Trennen Sie die Verbindung mit dem anderen Gerät, und starten Sie die Suche erneut.

A2 Wenn das Headset an ein Netzteil angeschlossen ist, kann über Bluetooth keine Verbindung hergestellt werden. Trennen Sie das Netzteil, und versuchen Sie es erneut.

A3 In der Regel weist ein Bluetooth-Headset zwei Betriebsmodi auf: Ein/Aus-Modus und Verbindungs- Modus. Wenn ein Headset an ein anderes Bluetooth- Gerät, z. B. einen Computer oder ein Mobiltelefon, angeschlossen werden soll, muss es sich im Verbindungs-Modus befinden.

Schalten Sie das Headset in den Verbindungs- Modus, und versuchen Sie erneut, es zu lokalisieren. In der Regel wechselt ein Headset automatisch nach einem zuvor festgelegten Zeitraum vom Verbindungs-Modus in den Ein/Aus-Modus.

A1 Wenn es sich um ein Mono-Headsethandelt, prüfen Sie, ob auch die Verbindung als mono eingerichtet wurde. In diesem Fall lösen Sie das Problem folgendermaßen.

Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf das Bluetooth-Symbol in der Taskleiste, wählen Sie die Registerkarte Audio > Angeschlossene Geräte, und kontrollieren Sie, ob Mono- Headset aktivieren aktiviert ist. Wenn nicht, klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf das

Gerät, und wählen Sie Verbinden.

Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf das Lautsprecher-Symbol in der Taskleiste, wählen Sie Wiedergabegerät > Mono > Standardwerte laden, und klicken Sie dann auf

OK.
