Ripristino/Back up del computer (opzionale)

Funzione di ripristino PC in Windows

Se si verifica un problema con il computer, il programma di ripristino consente di ripristinarne lo stato alle impostazioni predefinite.

Per i modelli per i quali l'unità SSD è inferiore a 64 GB, usare la funzione Windows System Restore al posto del programma di 3 Recovery.

 

Fare clic su Accessi > Impostazioni > Modifica

1 impostazioni PC > Aggiorna e ripristina > Ripristino.

2 Fare clic sul pulsante Reinizializza…. o Rimuovi…..

 

 

 

 

 

Se il PC non funziona in modo adeguato,

 

Reinizializza….

è possibile ripristinarlo mantenendo

 

in memoria documenti personali e file

 

 

 

 

multimediali quali foto, video, musica, ecc...

 

 

 

 

Rimuovi….

E' possibile rimuovere tutti gli elementi dal

 

PC e reinstallare Windows.

Risoluzione dei problemi

E' necessario eseguire il backup dei file nelle seguenti cartelle prima di eseguire la funzione PC Recovery (Ripristino PC), in caso contrario questi fine non verranno salvati.

\Windows, \Program files, \Program files (x86), \ProgramData, OEM Folder (ex) c:\samsung), \User\<user name>\AppData

Seguire le istruzioni a schermo per continuare la procedura di ripristino.

Dopo il ripristino, fare clic sull'icona in basso a sinistra nella schermata Start, quindi eseguire SW Update.
