Uso più efficiente della scheda grafica NVIDIA (opzionale)

NVIDIA Optimus è una funzione che consente di selezionare e utilizzare automaticamente i chipset grafici esterni o interni a seconda del software in esecuzione.

Per esempio, i chipset grafici interni possono essere utilizzati per navigare in Internet o elaborare documenti allo scopo di ridurre al minimo il consumo della batteria; quelli esterni ad alte prestazioni possono essere utilizzati per i giochi o l’elaborazione video garantendo un’esperienza più realistica.

Nel campo Seleziona un programma da personalizzare,

 

3 cliccare sul tasto Aggiungi per registrare il software.

 

E’ possibile registrare solo file eseguibili (EXE).

4 Nel campo Seleziona il processore grafico preferito per questo programma (O), selezionare Processore NVIDIA ad alte prestazioni e cliccare su Applica.

•• Il modello NVIDIA Optimus supporta solo Windows 8.

Registrazione di programmi da eseguire con il chipset grafico esterno

Per eseguire un programma utilizzando il chipset grafico esterno è necessario registrare il programma nel Pannello di controllo NVIDIA.

Alcuni programmi sono pre-registrati. Per registrare più programmi

Fare clic con il tasto destro del mouse sul Desktop e

 

 

1 selezionare Pannello di controllo NVIDIA.
