HOIATUS akrülamiidi kohta

Tärklisesisaldusega toiduainete (nt kartulikrõpsud, friikartulid ja leib) küpsetamisel tekib akrülamiid, mis võib põhjustada terviseprobleeme. Soovitame küpsetada selliseid toiduained madalal temperatuuril ja vältida üleküpsetamist, liigset pruunistamist või kõrvetamist.

Kui teie ahju juurde kuulub universaalne plaat või kõrgete servadega plaat või mõlemad, kasutage rasvaste toiduainete küpsetamiseks neist kõige sügavamat.
