•If you have a long vacation planned or do not intend to use the refrigerator for a long period of time, (3 weeks or more) empty the refrigerator including the ice bucket, pull out the power plug, close the water valve, wipe excess moisture from the inside walls, and leave the doors open to prevent odors and mold.
•When the refrigerator got wet by water, pull out the power plug and contact your Samsung Electronics service center.
•Do not strike or apply excessive force to any glass surface.

•Fill the water tank and ice cube trays with potable water only (tap water, mineral water, or purified water).
