Advanced Techniques
✤The NIGHTSCENE function works in CAMERA mode only.
✤The NIGHTSCENE function enables you to record a subject in darkness.
1. Set the device to CAMERAand set the Power Switch to REC mode
2. Press the NIGHTSCENE button.

The ( ) appears on the LCD monitor.
■
The infrared(invisible rays) light is automatically turned on.
3. To cancel the NIGHTSCENE function, press the NIGHT SCENE button again.
Note
■
The maximum recording distance using the infrared light is about 10 ft (about 3m).
