Sie können beim Anzeigen eines Dokuments folgende Optionen verwenden. Die verfügbaren Optionen hängen vom jeweiligen Dateiformat des Dokuments ab.

•Um die Ansicht zu vergrößern oder zu verkleinern, wählen Sie Optionen → Zoom → eine Option.

•Um ein Wort in einem Dokument zu suchen, wählen Sie Optionen → Suchoptionen → Suchen. Geben Sie einen Suchbegriff ein und drücken Sie die Display-Taste Suchen. Um die Suche fortzusetzen, wählen Sie Optionen → Suchoptionen → Weitersuchen.

•Um in Quicksheet zu einer anderen Tabelle in einem Dokument zu navigieren, wählen Sie Optionen → Tabelle. Scrollen Sie nach links oder rechts, um durch die einzelnen Tabellen zu navigieren.
