1.From the Today screen, tap Start → Programs → ActiveSync.
2.Tap Menu → Schedule...
3.Set the following options:
•Peak times: set the frequency of synchronisations during peak hours
•Off-peak times: set the frequency of synchronisations during off-peak hours
•Use above settings when roaming: set to use the synchronisation schedules even when roaming
•Send/receive when I click Send: set to synchronise when you click Send in Messaging
4.When you are finished, tap
