÷ Evena beginner can easily make a recording using the EASY mode.
• The EASY modeonly operatesinCAMERA mode,
1.Set the powerswitchto CAMERAmode (see page22),
2.By pressingtheEASY button,all the functions of the camerawillbe
setto off and the recording settingswill beset to the following basic mode,
• Battery level,recordingmode,counter,date/time,
DiS( E_]) willbe displayedasthe camcorderstarts to run.
• Theword "EASY"will appearon the LCD at the same time,
However,theDate/Timewill only be seen if it has been
previouslyset.

3.Pressthe START/STOPbuttontostart recording,
• Recordingwillbegin using the basic automatic environmentsettings,
4.Pressing the EASY button againturns theEASY mode off.
• Thecamerawill return to the settingsthatwere set priorto
the EASYmode beingswitchedon. [
Note: TheEasy mode settings are stored in the camera(provideda good lithium batteryhasbeen installed).
