Når du træner med øretelefonerne sluttet til mobilenhedens træningsapps, kan du kontrollere detaljer og historik for din træningsinformation på Samsung Health-appen på den tilsluttede mobilenhed.

Hvis du allerede er begyndt at træne ud fra øretelefonerne, kan du ikke styre din træningssession via mobilenhedens Samsung Health-app. Afslut den aktuelle session ved at trykke og holde på touchpaden med fingeren og slippe den igen, når du hører “Finish workout”.

Slut øretelefonerne til din mobilenhed. Gå til Tilslutning af øretelefonerne til en mobilenhed for at få flere oplysninger.

•Hvis afstanden mellem øretelefonerne og mobilenheden er mere end 10 m, afbrydes forbindelsen mellem øretelefonerne og mobilenheden automatisk med et bip. Når du vil genoptage din træning, skal enhederne bringes inden for en afstand af 10 m fra hinanden. Når du hører et bip og derefter “Workout resumed”, skal du forholde dig i ro, indtil stemmeguiden er færdig. Herefter kan du fortsætte med at træne.

5 Når du er færdig med at træne, skal du trykke på PAUSE →STOP på aktivitetstrackeren. Øretelefonerne stopper med at registrere træningsoplysninger, og træningsresultatet vises.

•Den profil og afstand, der er angivet i Samsung Health-appen, vil blive brugt til øretelefonerne og Samsung Gear-appen. Hvis Samsung Health ikke er opdateret, kan den muligvis ikke oprette forbindelse med øretelefonerne. Kontroller Samsung Health-versionsoplysningerne, og opdater til den nyeste version.

•Kun poster fra de seneste 30 dage gemmes i øretelefonerne. Slut øretelefonerne til din mobilenhed inden for 30 dage, efter at du har afsluttet din træning, og gem posterne i Samsung Health-appen.
