Hvis du træner i mere end 10 minutter, kan du modtage en opmuntring efter træning, og du kan også måle din puls automatisk, når Gear registrerer din træning.

På indstillingsskærmen trykkes på Træningsregistr., og der vælges en træning for at modtage en opmuntring og bruge automatisk måling af puls. ( : Et element er valgt)

Derudover viser Gear din omtrentlige placering, når det registrerer din træningstype, f.eks. løb eller gang. Tryk på Gang/løb →Find automatisk, og tryk derefter på kontakten Find automatisk for at aktivere det.

•For at måle din puls automatisk, når du træner, skal du vælge Altid for indstillingen Automatisk puls. Se Autopuls for at få flere oplysninger.

•Hvis du aktiverer funktionen find automatisk, løber dit Gears batteri hurtigere tør for strøm.

Autopuls

Gear kan måle og tracke din puls automatisk.

På indstillingsskærmen trykkes på Autopuls, og derefter vælges et interval for måling.

•Altid: Gear måler din puls kontinuerligt, uanset bevægelse.

•Hyppig: Gear måler din puls regelmæssigt, når du er afslappet.

•Aldrig: Gear måler ikke din puls automatisk.

•Hjælp: Se hjælpeinformationer om brug af funktionen automatisk puls.

•Hvis du vælger Hyppig eller Aldrig, måler Gear muligvis ikke din puls, når du træner.

•Hvis du vælger Altid, løber batteriet på dit Gear hurtigere tør for strøm.
