Tippen Sie auf dem Bildschirm zur Messung des Puls an, um weitere Funktionen zu verwenden:

•Tippen Sie zum Anzeigen der Aufzeichnungen Ihres Puls Verlauf an.

•Tippen Sie zum Anzeigen der Hilfeinformationen Hilfe an.

Nur die Aufzeichnungen der letzten 30 Tage werden gespeichert. Sie können frühere Daten auf dem Mobilgerät abrufen, auf dem die S Health-Anwendung installiert ist.

Training

Mit dieser Anwendung können Sie Ziele für Ihre Ernährung und die Kalorienzufuhr festlegen und Ihr Trainingsprogramm planen. Sehen Sie sich das Training an, das Sie an einem Tag absolviert haben und vergleichen Sie es mit Ihren Trainingszielen. Sie können Ihre Trainingserfolge auch in einem Protokoll erfassen.

Mit der GPS-Funktion des verbundenen Mobilgeräts können Sie Informationen wie Höhe und Geschwindigkeit überprüfen, wenn Sie Fahrrad fahren oder wandern. Die Gear und das Mobilgerät müssen bei Verwendung dieser Funktion ununterbrochen verbunden sein.

Bei Kälte:

•Verwenden Sie das Gerät möglichst nicht bei Kälte. Nutzen Sie das Gerät bestenfalls nur in Gebäuden.

•Wenn Sie das Gerät bei kaltem Wetter im Freien nutzen, halten Sie die Gear mit dem Ärmel bedeckt, wenn Sie sie nicht verwenden.

•Messen Sie Ihren Puls, bevor Sie mit dem Training beginnen. Wenn Sie Ihren Puls während des Trainings messen, sind die Messungen möglicherweise ungenau.

•Wenn Sie die Gear neu gekauft oder zurückgesetzt haben, lesen Sie die Informationen zur Anwendung auf dem Bildschirm und erstellen Sie ein Profil. Wenn Sie ein Profil erstellen, können Sie Ihren maximalen Puls automatisch oder manuell registrieren.

Der maximale Puls ist der schnellste Puls, der beim Training erreicht wird. Sollten Sie Ihren maximalen Puls kennen, geben Sie ihn manuell ein. Wenn Sie möchten, dass das Gerät den Puls automatisch registriert, wird er anhand folgender Formel von der Gear berechnet: 210–0,65 x Ihr Alter.
