Mål og registrer din puls.

•Gears pulstracker er kun beregnet til fitness- og oplysningsformål og er ikke beregnet til brug for diagnosticering af sygdomme eller andre lidelser, ej heller til helbredelse, lindring, behandling eller forebyggelse af sygdomme.

•For at måle din puls mere præcist med Gear, skal du bære Gear fast omkring din underarm lige over håndleddet. Se Den korrekte måde at bære Gear på for detaljer.

Vær opmærksom på følgende betingelser før måling af din puls:

•Hvil i 5 minutter før du foretager målingerne.

•Hvis målingerne er meget forskellige fra den forventede puls, hvil i 30 minutter og mål derefter igen.

•Hold dig varm, når du måler din puls om vinteren eller i koldt vejr.

•Rygning eller indtagelse af alkohol før en måling kan forårsage pulsen til at være anderledes end normalt.

•Undlad at snakke, gabe eller trække vejret tungt under måling af pulsen. I modsat fald kan pulsen blive registreret unøjagtigt.

•Måling af puls kan variere afhængigt af målemetoden og de omgivelser, den foretages i.

•Hvis sensoren til pulsmåler ikke fungerer, så tjek dit Gears placering på dit håndled, og sørg for, at der ikke er noget, der forstyrrer sensoren. Hvis sensoren til pulsmåler stadig har det samme problem, så besøg et af Samsungs servicecentre.
