Bitte sehen Sie sich die folgenden möglichen Problembehebungen an, bevor Sie sich an ein Samsung- Servicezentrum wenden. Einige Situationen treffen möglicherweise nicht auf Ihre Gear zu.

Die Gear lässt sich nicht einschalten

Ist der Akku vollständig entladen, lässt sich die Gear nicht einschalten. Laden Sie den Akku vor dem Einschalten der Gear vollständig auf.

Auf der Gear werden Netzwerk- oder Servicefehlermeldungen angezeigt
