Appendice

Il touch screen risponde lentamente o in modo non corretto

•Se doveste attaccare una pellicola di protezione per lo schermo o degli accessori opzionali al touch screen, questo potrebbe non funzionare correttamente.

•Se indossate dei guanti, se non avete le mani pulite o se toccate lo schermo con oggetti appuntiti o con la punta delle dita, il touch screen potrebbe non funzionare correttamente.

•Il touch screen potrebbe non funzionare correttamente in presenza di umidità o se esposto ad acqua.

•Riavviate il dispositivo per eliminare eventuali problemi temporanei del software.

•Assicuratevi che il software del dispositivo sia aggiornato all'ultima versione.

•Se il touch screen fosse graffiato o danneggiato, recatevi presso un centro assistenza Samsung.

Il dispositivo si blocca o si verifica un errore irreversibile

Tentate le seguenti soluzioni. Se il problema persiste, contattate un centro assistenza Samsung.

Riavvio del dispositivo

Se il dispositivo si dovesse bloccare o fosse lento, potrebbe essere necessario chiudere le applicazioni o spegnere il dispositivo e accenderlo di nuovo.

Riavvio forzato

Se il dispositivo si bloccasse e non rispondesse, tenete premuto il tasto di accensione e spegnimento e il tasto Volume giù contemporaneamente per più di 7 secondi per riavviarlo.

Ripristino del dispositivo

Se dopo aver tentato le soluzioni suggerite il problema persistesse, ripristinate il dispositivo ai dati di fabbrica.

Avviate l'applicazione Impostaz. e toccate Gestione generale →Ripristina →Ripristina dati di fabbrica →RIPRISTINA →ELIMINA TUTTO. Prima di ripristinare i valori di fabbrica, ricordate di effettuare un backup di tutti i dati importanti memorizzati nel dispositivo.

Se avete registrato un account Google sul dispositivo, dovete effettuare l'accesso allo stesso account Google dopo aver ripristinato il dispositivo.
