Select an email account to use, and new emails are retrieved. To manually retrieve new emails, tap

Tap an email to read.
Reply to all recipients.
Reply to the email.
Compose an email.
Add this email address to the 
contacts list or view other
options.
Forward the email.
Delete the email.
Access additional options.
Mark the email as a reminder.
Open attachments. 
Go to the previous or next
email.
