•Hvis du har glemt oplåsningskoden, vil du ikke være i stand til at bruge enheden uden at nulstille den. Samsung er ikke ansvarlig for tab af data eller eventuel ulejlighed forårsaget af glemte oplåsningskoder.

•Du kan indstille din enhed til at udføre en fabriksnulstilling, hvis du har indtastet oplåsningskoden forkert flere gange i træk og når grænsen for antal forsøg. På skærmen apps skal du trykke på Indstillinger →Låseskærm og sikkerhed → Indstillinger for sikker lås, og trykke på kontakten Auto-nulstil til fabrik. for at aktivere det.
