Nociones básicas

Siga estos pasos cuando el dispositivo se caliente:

•Desconecte el cargador del dispositivo y cierre las aplicaciones que estén abiertas. Espere a que el dispositivo se enfríe y, a continuación, comience a cargarlo de nuevo.

•Si la parte inferior del dispositivo se sobrecalienta, podría deberse a que el cable USB conectado está dañado. En ese caso, sustitúyalo por uno nuevo aprobado por Samsung.
