Ajustes

•Fuentes desconocidas: configure el dispositivo para permitir la instalación de aplicaciones de fuentes desconocidas.

•Inicio seguro: los datos de su dispositivo se cifran para evitar que otras personas accedan a los mismos si pierde o le roban el dispositivo. Para utilizar su dispositivo cifrado, deberá descifrar los datos del dispositivo cada vez que lo encienda. Puede establecer si desea que los datos de su dispositivo se cifren automáticamente o se requiera un código de desbloqueo. No será posible realizar una copia de seguridad de los datos ni restaurarlos si están cifrados. Si introduce un código de desbloqueo incorrecto varias veces seguidas y llega al límite de intentos, su dispositivo realizará un restablecimiento de los datos de fábrica.

•Cifrar tarjeta SD: configure el dispositivo para cifrar los archivos de una tarjeta de memoria.

Si restablece el dispositivo con los valores predeterminados de fábrica con este ajuste activado, el dispositivo no podrá leer los archivos cifrados. Deshabilite este ajuste antes de restablecer el dispositivo.

Para que funcione el reconocimiento de huellas digitales, debe registrarse y almacenar la información de sus huellas digitales en su dispositivo. Tras el registro, puede configurar el dispositivo para que utilice su huella digital para las siguientes funciones:

•Bloqueo de pantalla

•Inicio de sesión web

•Verificar Samsung account

•Es posible que esta función no esté disponible dependiendo de su región o su proveedor de servicios.

•El reconocimiento de huellas digitales usa las características únicas de cada huella digital para mejorar la seguridad de su dispositivo. La posibilidad de que el sensor de huellas digitales confunda dos huellas digitales diferentes es muy baja. Sin embargo, en casos remotos donde las huellas digitales sean muy similares, el sensor puede reconocerlas como idénticas.

•Si utiliza su huella digital como método de bloqueo de la pantalla, no podrá utilizarla para desbloquear la pantalla después de reiniciar el dispositivo. Debe desbloquear el dispositivo con el patrón, el PIN o la contraseña que configuró al registrar la huella digital.

•Si su huella digital no se reconoce, debe llevar el dispositivo a un Servicio de Atención Técnica (SAT) de Samsung para que lo restablezcan. A continuación, deberá volver a registrar sus huellas digitales.
