If your POS software requires a generic printer driver, you must make the appropriate driver settings for auto cut and cash drawer opening.

If you are using one of the SRP-270 drivers the generic driver settings shown here do not apply. The appropriate SRP-270 drivers operate the cutter and cash drawer automatically.
