You can control external devices connected to the TV using the TV's remote control.

Setting up the universal remote control

1.Connect the external device to control with the universal remote control to the HDMI port on the TV, and then turn on the external device.

Press the SOURCE button on your remote control to bring up the Source screen.

Select the Universal remote setup.

Follow the directions on the screen to complete the set up and register the device. The directions will be different, depending on the device you want to control.
