Run Voice Recognition Environment Test and stand within 3.5m of the TV.

Select Start to measure the echo level. If the echo level is suitable, the test will continue to the next step. If this part of the test fails, remain quiet and try again.

Select Start to measure the ambient noise. If the ambient noise level is suitable, the test will continue to the next step. If this part of the test fails, remain quiet and try again.

Measure the volume and clarity of your voice. Say "Hi TV" or "Smart TV" and then say the command on the TV's screen loudly and clearly within 30 seconds. If the TV successfully recognises your voice, the test continues to the next step. If this part of the test fails, try again.
