Reinicia todos los ajustes a sus valores predeterminados salvo los ajustes de red y Smart Hub y, a continuación, inicia la función de configuración. Para usarla, debe introducir el PIN de seguridad. El PIN de seguridad predeterminado es 0000.

Control remoto

Cuando se activa, permite que los agentes del centro de atención telefónica de Samsung diagnostiquen y solucionen problemas con el producto de forma remota. Requiere una conexión a Internet activa.

1)Llame al centro de atención al cliente de Samsung y solicite asistencia remota.

2)Abra el menú del reproductor en el TV y vaya a la sección de Asistencia.

3)Seleccione Control remoto y lea y acepte los acuerdos de servicio. Cuando aparezca la pantalla del PIN, facilite el número PIN al agente.

4)El agente accederá al reproductor.

Configuración de la conexión de red

Antes de comenzar, determine si su dirección IP es estática o dinámica. (La mayoría son dinámicas). Si es dinámica y tiene una red con cable, recomendamos usar los procedimientos de configuración automática descritos a continuación. Debe conectar el producto al router mediante un cable LAN antes empezar al procedimiento de configuración.
