Daljinski upravljač ne radi.

•• Provjerite treperi li indikator napajanja na televizoru kada pritisnete gumb za uključivanje/isključivanje na daljinskom upravljaču. Ako ne treperi, zamijenite baterije daljinskog upravljača.

•• Provjerite jesu li baterije umetnute s pravilno okrenutim polovima (+/–).

•• Pokušajte usmjeriti daljinski upravljač izravno prema televizoru s otprilike 1,5 do 1,8 metra udaljenosti.

•• Ako je uz vaš televizor isporučen upravljač Samsung pametni daljinski upravljač, (Bluetooth daljinski upravljač) uparite ga s televizorom.

Daljinski upravljač kabelskog / set top box uređaja ne uključuje niti isključuje televizor, niti podešava jakost zvuka.

•• Programirajte daljinski upravljač kabelskog ili satelitskog prijemnika za upravljanje televizorom. U uputama za korištenje kabelskog ili satelitskog prijemnika potražite šifru za televizor tvrtke SAMSUNG.

Postavke televizora gube se nakon 5 minuta.

•• Televizor je u načinu rada Maloprodajni način. Promijenite opciju Način korištenja na izborniku Općenito u Kod kuće ( > Postavke > Općenito > Upravitelj sustava > Način korištenja > Kod kuće).

Povremeni prekid rada Wi-Fi mreže

•• Provjerite je li televizor povezan s mrežom ( > Postavke > Općenito > Mreža > Status mreže).

•• Provjerite je li lozinka za Wi-Fi pravilno unesena.

•• Provjerite udaljenost između televizora i modema/usmjernika. Udaljenost ne bi smjela biti veća od 15,2 m.

•• Smetnje možete smanjiti ako isključite bežične uređaje ili ako ih ne upotrebljavate. Također, provjerite postoje li prepreke između televizora i modema/usmjernika (snagu Wi-Fi signala mogu oslabiti kućanski aparati, bežični telefoni, kameni zidovi/kamini itd.).
