Zgjidhja e problemeve

Nëse keni ndonjë pyetje lidhur me televizorin, drejtojuni më parë kësaj liste. Nëse asnjë nga këto këshilla nuk zgjidh punë, vizitoni “www.samsung.com” dhe shtypni te "Support", ose kontaktoni numrin e qendrës telefonike që ndodhet në kapakun e pasmë të këtij manuali.

Probleme	Zgjidhjet dhe shpjegimet
Televizori nuk ndizet.	• Sigurohuni që kordoni elektrik është futur siç duhet në prizë dhe në televizor.
	• Sigurohuni që priza elektrike në mur funksionon.
	• Provoni të shtypni butonin Pnë televizor për t'u siguruar që problemi nuk vjen nga telekomanda.
	Nëse televizori ndizet, drejtojuni “Telekomanda nuk punon” poshtë.

Nuk ka figurë/video.	• Kontrolloni lidhjet e kabllove. Hiqni dhe rilidhni të gjithë kabllot e lidhura me televizorin dhe me pajisjet
	e jashtme.
	• Vendosini daljet e videove të pajisjeve të jashtme (kuti kabllori/satelitori, DVD, Blu-ray etj.) për të
	përputhur lidhjet me hyrjen e televizorit. Për shembull, nëse një dalje e pajisjes së jashtme është
	HDMI, duhet të lidhet me një hyrje HDMI në televizor.
	• Sigurohuni që pajisjet e lidhura të jenë të ndezura.
	• Sigurohuni të zgjidhni burimin e duhur të hyrjes.
	• Rindizeni pajisjen e lidhur duke e hequr nga priza dhe më pas duke rilidhur kabllon e rrymës së
	pajisjes.

Telekomanda nuk punon.	• Ndërroni bateritë e telekomandës. Sigurohuni që bateritë janë vendosur me polet (+/–) në pozicionet
	e duhur.
	• Pastroni dritaren e transmetimit të sensorit në telekomandë.
	• Përpiquni ta drejtoni telekomandën nga televizori në largësi 150-180 cm.

Telekomanda e marrësit/dekoduesit nuk	• Programoni telekomandën e kabllorit/marrësit që të komandojë televizorin. Drejtojuni manualit të
ndez apo fik televizorin dhe nuk rregullon	marrësit/dekoduesit për kodin e televizorit SAMSUNG.

Nëse e montoni këtë produkt në mur, duhet të montohet vetëm siç rekomandohet nga prodhuesi. Në rast se nuk montohet siç duhet, produkti mund të rrëshqasë ose të rrëzohet, duke shkaktuar dëmtime serioze te fëmijët apo të rriturit dhe dëmtime serioze në produkt.

Rekomandojmë të kontaktoni me teknikun për ndihmë gjatë instalimit të kapëseve të bazamentit për mur. Nuk këshillojmë që këtë ta bëni vetë.
