■Όροι της εγγύησης

1.Η εγγύηση ισχύει εάν και μόνο εάν το προϊόν χρειάζεται

serνice και η κάρτα εγγύησης έχει πλήρως συμπληρωθεί και σφραγισθεί από το κατάστημα αγοράς. Επίσης πρέπει να προσκομισθεί και το τιμολόγιο ή η απόδειξη λιανικής πώλησης, πάνω στην οποία ο σειριακός αριθμός του προϊόντος πρέπει να είναι ευκρινής.

2.Η υποχρέωση της SAMSUNG αφορά μόνο την επισκευή του προϊόντος

3.Η επισκευή του προϊόντος πρέπει να ανατίθεται μόνο σε εξουσιοδοτημένα κέντρα serνice ή εξουσιοδοτημένους αντιπροσώπους της SAMSUNG. Καμία αποζημίωση δεν θα γίνει αποδεκτή για επισκευή που έχει γίνει από μη εξουσιοδοτημένο από την SAMSUNG συνεργείο.

4.Το προϊόν αυτό δεν θα θεωρηθεί ελαττωματικό στα υλικά ή στην εργασία επισκευής εάν θα πρέπει να προσαρμοστεί, μετατραπεί ή ρυθμιστεί ώστε να συμμορφωθεί με τις τοπικές τεχνικές προδιαγραφές ή προδιαγραφές που ισχύουν σε χώρα άλλη από αυτή για την οποία προοριζόταν ή κατασκευάστηκε.
