Smart Check

Per attivare questa funzione, è necessario prima scarica l'app Samsung Smart Washer dal Play Store o App Store e installarla su un dispositivo mobile dotato di videocamera.

La funzione Smart Check è stata ottimizzata per l'uso con dispositivi Galaxy e iPhone (solo modelli applicabili).

1.Quando la lavatrice rileva un problema da verificare, sul display viene visualizzato un codice informativo. Per attivare la modalità Smart Check, tenere premuto Centrifuga e Opzioni simultaneamente per 3 secondi.

2.La lavatrice inizia la procedura di auto diagnosi e visualizza un codice informativo all'insorgenza di un problema.

3.Eseguire la app Samsung Smart Washer sul dispositivo mobile e toccare il tasto Smart Check.

4.Posizionare il dispositivo mobile vicino al display della lavatrice in modo che la videocamera dello smartphone e la lavatrice siano rivolti uno verso l'altro. Successivamente, la app riconoscerà automaticamente il codice informativo.

5.Una volta riconosciuto correttamente il codice informativo, l'app fornirà le informazioni sul problema e le soluzioni applicabili.

NOTA

•Il nome della funzione, Smart Check, può variare in base alla lingua.

•In presenza di una forte illuminazione ambientale riflessa sul display della lavatrice, l'app potrebbe non riconoscere il codice informativo.

•Se la app non riesce a riconoscere il codice Smart Check, digitare il codice informativo manualmente nella schermata della app.
