Smart Check

A funkció bekapcsolásához először töltse le a Samsung Smart Washer alkalmazást a Play Store vagy Apple Store áruházak valamelyikéből, majd telepítse fel egy fényképezőgéppel felszerelt mobileszközre.

A Smart Check funkciót Galaxy és iPhone készülékekre optimalizáltuk (meghatározott modellek esetén).

1.Ha a mosógép problémát észlel, a bekapcsolást követően elindítja a Smart Check üzemmódot.

2.A mosógép elindítja az öndiagnosztikai folyamatot. Probléma észlelése esetén információkód jelenik meg.

3.Indítsa el mobileszközén a Samsung Smart Washer alkalmazást, majd érintse meg a Smart Check gombot.

4.Helyezze a mobileszközt a mosógép kijelzőjéhez úgy, hogy az okostelefon kamerája és a mosógép egymás felé nézzen. Az alkalmazás ekkor automatikusan felismeri az információkódot.

5.Az információkód megfelelő beolvasása esetén az alkalmazás részletesen leírja a problémát, valamint felsorolja az elképzelhető megoldási módokat.

MEGJEGYZÉS

•A Smart Check neve nyelvenként eltérő lehet.

•Elképzelhető, hogy az alkalmazás nem tudja beolvasni az információkódot, ha a mosógép kijelzőjén erős fény tükröződik.

•Amennyiben az alkalmazás több próbálkozás után sem olvassa be a Smart Check kódot, írja be az információkódot manuálisan az alkalmazás képernyőjén.
