Samsung Napster YH-920 Quick Start Guide

System Requirements

Operating System: Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 or Windows XP

Processor: Pentium-class CPU equivalent or better

Memory: 64MB of RAM minimum

Hard Disk: Approximately 9 to 12 MB for the Napster installer and 100 MB for Windows Media Player 9 Series (if not already installed)

Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher Windows Media Player 9 Series

Active Internet connection

USB Requirement: USB 2.0 required for maximum transfer rate CD-ROM Drive

Resolution Tips

●Windows XP™ or 2000™ is required to install & use the Napster software. It is recommended to upgrade OS if the Napster software will not install.

●Transferring songs to the YH-920 can only be accomplished through a USB port. Install a USB card if your PC does not have one.

WARNING

Unplugging the YH-920

Never unplug the device without first safely disconnecting it. NapsterTM‚ Program: Click File ➔ Disconnect portable device.

Windows 2000: Click the "unplug/eject" icon on your Windows taskbar and follow the instructions in the message box that appears.

Windows XP: Click the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon on your Windows taskbar and follow the instructions in the message box that appears.

●The Napster software is only compatible with Windows XP & 2000 operating systems.

Set-Up Step 1: Initial Battery Charging

Attach the USB plug end of the Charger to the DC IN USB Charger terminal of the YH-920. Plug the other end of the Charger into the wall outlet.

When charging is complete, “Charging Complete” is shown in the display. The first time the battery is charged, it will take approximately 3 hours. Battery recharge time in normal operation is approximately 2 hours.
