Measuring Calories Consumed

Measure your heart rate before and after exercise in order to find out the calories burned.

1 Before starting exercise, press the Sports Function

Select button.

2 Select CALORIE COUNTER in SPORTS FUNCTION.

Shows the selected user and whether or not measurement has started.

After placing your finger on the sensor on the

3 top of the device, press the

button.

Measurement of heart rate starts.

When the heart rate measurement finishes, the heartrate that was measured is saved automatically and a “ ” indicator is shown in the display window.

4 Measure your heart rate one more time after finishing your exercise as in #2 and #3 above.

Shows the calories consumed by your exercise.

The calories are shown in kcal units.

5 If you want to save the data, select CREATE.

The measured data is saved.

Measuring Heartrate

2 Press the button in SPORTS FUNCTION and select HEART RATE MONITOR.

The selected user and whether a measurement has started will be shown.

3 After putting your finger on the sensor on the top of the device, press the button.

Heart rate measurement starts.

When measurement is complete,

the heart rate is shown on the screen.
