Using Sports Function

Measuring Calories Consumed

Measure your heart rate before and after exercise in order to find out the calories burned.

1 Before starting exercise, press the Sports Function

Select button.

2 Select CALORIE COUNTER in SPORTS FUNCTION.

●Shows the selected user and whether or not measurement has started.

After placing your finger on the sensor on the
3 top of the device, press the	button.

●Measurement of heart rate starts.

●When the heart rate measurement finishes, the heartrate that was measured is saved automatically and a “ ” indicator is shown in the display window.

4 Measure your heart rate one more time after finishing your exercise as in #2 and #3 above.

●Shows the calories consumed by your exercise.

●The calories are shown in kcal units.

5 If you want to save the data, select CREATE.

●The measured data is saved.

Measuring Heartrate

1 Press the Sports Function Select button.

2 Press the button in SPORTS FUNCTION and select HEART RATE MONITOR.

●The selected user and whether a measurement has started will be shown.

3 After putting your finger on the sensor on the top of the device, press the button.

●Heart rate measurement starts.

●When measurement is complete,

the heart rate is shown on the screen.
