2 Vérifiez si un périphérique comportant un point d'exclamation ou d'interrogation figure dans la liste (affiché comme

périphérique inconnu ou périphérique USB).

3 Double-cliquez sur le périphérique comportant un point d'ex- clamation ou d'interrogation.

■ Si vous utilisez Windows 2000 et que votre version de Windows ne reconnaît pas le pilote USB,
