Erasing a stored name and phone number

1Press and hold MEMORY until the display shows the Memory Store screen and any stored name/number. A beep sounds.

2Press and , or enter a two-digit number (01– 20) to select the memory location you want to edit.

3Press INTERCOM/SELECT.

The following screen appears with the memory location number that you have selected in the display.

Go Back

4Press to move the cursor down to the

Delete Memory command line.

5Press INTERCOM/SELECT. The following confirmation screen appears.

6Press to move the cursor to Yes.

7Press INTERCOM/SELECT or DELETE/SCAN. There is a confirmation tone and the entry is deleted. The following screen appears.

8After a few seconds the display returns to the

Memory Store screen.

You may select another number to delete (return to step 4) or press MEMORY to return to standby.
