Uninstalling the USB Drivers for Windows 2000
Follow this procedure to uninstall the USB
drivers on a Windows 2000 system.
1. Click Start, select Settings, and choose
Control Panel. The Control Panel window
appears.
2. In the Control Panel window, double-click
the Add/Remove Hardware icon. The
Add/Remove Hardware Wizard window
appears.
3. In the Add/Remove Hardware Wizard
window, click Next.
4. In the Add/Remove Hardware Wizard
window, click Uninstall/Unplug a device,
and then click Next.
5. In the Add/Remove Hardware Wizard
window, click Uninstall a device, and then
click Next.

You may need to uninstall the USB Drivers.
Follow this procedure to uninstall the USB
drivers on a Windows 98/ME system.
1. Click Start, select Settings, and choose Control
Panel. The Control Panel window appears.
2. In the Control Panel window, double-click the
System icon. The System Properties window
appears.
3. In the System Properties window, click the
Device Manager tab, select Network
Adapters, choose DPX USB Cable Modem
Adapter, and then click Remove.
4. Click OK to finish the uninstall procedure,
and to close the System Properties window.
