HOOKING UP THE AUDIOLlNI(TM
TRANSMITTER/BATTERY CHARGER T-100 TO YOUR TV
1.Insert the two pin power cable into the two pin receptacle on
the transmitter. Plug the other end of the adapter into a 11OV AC wall outlet.
2.Insert the three pin audio cable into the three pin receptacle on the transmitter. Insert the RCA plug into the audio output jack on your VCR, TeleCaptionTM4000 closed caption decoder,
3.If you prefer to use a headphone jack on your TV or audio equipment, use the appropriate adapter. NCI supplies an RCA to 1/8" mono adapter, which fits most TV headphone jacks. If your audio equipment uses a different jack, consult your audio
equipment owner'smanual. The appropriate adapter is avail- able at most electronics stores.
4.Insert the two batteries into the battery receptacles. In doing so, you will replace the "dummy" battery in one of the recep- tacles. When inserting batteries, observe the guides on the
charger. Make sure each battery is fully inserted, but do not force.
5.If you do not have an audio output jack or headphone jack available, or if you have problems connecting the transmitter, contact your AudioLinkTMdealer or NCI.
