HEADSET1.VOLUME CONTROL: Controls volume level. When the front of the headset is facing away from you, turn volume control toward left to increase volume. Turn to "off" (toward the right) when headset is not in use to save battery consumption.
2.VOLUME CONTROL INDICATOR: Displays volume level when volume is "on." The more yellow area shown, the higher the volume. At maximum volume (124 dB), the entire indicator area will be yellow.
3.LED: Audio receiving diode. Keep unobstructed (by hands, newspapers, other solid objects). For maximum sound recep- tion, a clear line of sight should exist between the LED on the headset and the LEDs on the transmitter.

5.EAR CUSHIONS: These removable pieces should be cleaned with soap and water from time to time.

HEADSET6.TONE CONTROL: Can be adjusted to compensate for varying degrees of hearing loss between low and high frequencies.
7.VOLUME CONTROLS, RIGHT AND bEFT: Can be adjusted to compensate for varying level of hearing loss
between right and lett ears.
8.ACCESSORY JACK: 2.5 mm jack enables certain accessories
(not provided: see Accessory List) to connect to behind the ear hearing aids having "T" switch feature. Consult your hearing health care professional for assistance.
NOTE: When required, adjustments of Volume and Tone Controls on the back of the headset should be made by a hearing health care professional, who can tailor the AudioUnkTM headset to your individual hearing loss. Not all users will need an adjustment. Those users with more severe hearing loss, extreme variance of loss from ear to ear, and wearers of behind the ear hearing aids are most likely to benefit from these adjustments, which may en-
tail an extra charge by the professional. ADJUSTMENT BY THE CONSUMER MAY VOID THE WARRANTY.
