What should I do if the air does not eliminate odors or smoke?
Clean or replace the filters as they may be dirty. Refer to S-11, S-12, S-14 in the manual for more details.
Why is the air cleaner not operating even when the light is on?
The sensor may be affected if the dust sensor openings are dirty or obstructed. Carefully clean the dust sensors. See S-11 in the manual for instructions.
Why do the lights on the air cleaner change colors frequently?
The dust monitor lights change automatically when impurities are detected by the dust sensor. Refer to section S-16 for more information.
